What is a Vivace treatment like?
After cleaning your face we apply numbing cream for about 30 minutes. Optionally a small sample of your blood is taken from which we prepare PRP. Then we pass the device over the entire area to be treated (face, neck, décolleté, or other body area) about three times, usually about 20 minutes per area. Afterwards, we apply the PRP or other serum and you’re done.
Does the Vivace microneedling treatment hurt?
No. We apply a specially compounded numbing cream, the best available 30 to 45 minutes prior to the treatment to ensure a comfortable patient experience throughout the treatment. Additionally, we offer for those who want it, ProNox, a delivery system of nitrous oxide and oxygen that you can breathe before and during the treatment to reduce any anxiety or discomfort entirely. The nitrous oxide is out of your system in minutes and you are safe to drive afterwards.
