Kaylia Mata

Office Coordinator

As the Office Coordinator at Peoria Cosmetic Surgery, I am often one of the first people patients connect with when they reach out to our practice. I oversee daily office operations, assist with scheduling, and ensure every detail of your visit is organized and seamless so you can focus on your experience with confidence.
With a background in marketing and customer service, I genuinely enjoy supporting patients from their very first interaction through their time in our office. Being part of each patient’s journey and helping create a welcoming, well-organized environment is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role. I strive to make sure every person who contacts our practice feels informed, comfortable, and well cared for.
Outside of the office, I am a licensed microblading artist, which allows me to continue my passion for beauty and aesthetics. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my dog, being with family and friends, and exploring all that Arizona has to offer.

Kirstein Thomas

Front Desk Coordinator

As Front Desk Coordinator at Peoria Cosmetic Surgery, I help create a welcoming and organized experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. Whether you are visiting for a consultation, procedure, or follow-up appointment, my goal is to ensure your visit begins smoothly and comfortably.
In my role, I assist with scheduling, answer patient questions, and help guide each visit so that every interaction with our office feels efficient and supportive. I take pride in helping patients feel at ease and confident throughout their time with our team.
Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors, especially hiking local Arizona trails such as Tom’s Thumb. I also have a strong passion for motorsports and race UTVs professionally alongside my husband. Traveling to races and spending time with our animals are some of my favorite ways to recharge.

I graduated from Grand Canyon University and am proud to serve patients in my home state of Arizona. Outside of the office, I am a licensed airbrush tan technician and enjoy staying active at the gym, exploring fashion and makeup, relaxing poolside, and spending time with my dog, Rocco.
