Dr. Shaili Gal is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon and the owner and medical director of Peoria Cosmetic Surgery in Peoria, Arizona. She specializes in aesthetic surgery of the breast, body, and face, with an emphasis on personalized care, thoughtful surgical planning, patient safety, and natural-looking results.
Dr. Gal earned her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. She completed general surgery training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, followed by plastic surgery training at the University of California, Davis Medical Center.
She then completed an accredited fellowship in aesthetic plastic surgery, receiving advanced training in cosmetic surgery of the breast, body, and face. Dr. Gal is board certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Laser Medicine and Surgery.
In July 2023, Dr. Gal became the owner of Peoria Cosmetic Surgery. She has continued to develop the practice around personalized care, meticulous surgical technique, patient safety, and natural-looking results.

Dr. Gal was born in Israel and moved to the United States with her family at the age of seven. She grew up in South Florida, where her parents instilled in her the importance of education, hard work, and persistence.
She was drawn to plastic surgery because it combines technical precision with creativity, proportion, and an understanding of beauty. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing how surgery can improve not only a patient’s appearance, but also their confidence and comfort in their own body.

Drawn by her artistic interests to plastic surgery, she continued her surgical training in this specialty at the renowned University of California in Davis Medical Center. Upon completion of her plastic surgery residency, she enhanced her skills further by undertaking an accredited aesthetic plastic surgery fellowship, one that focused on cosmetic procedures of the face, breast and body. Once she completed her fellowship training, she went on to attain her second board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
